PLC and HMI INSEVIS

INSEVIS products expand and simplify the world of S7. Our S7 product families are proof of how well innovative system solutions and German workmanship are combined with a competitive price. The world's most compact S7 touch panel PLCs with onboard IOs and the IIoT-capable EDGE HMIs with MQTT, OPC UA, NodeRED and an automatically created web visualization. The functions are described in detail in manuals with example programs. Demo programs and videos are also available for you to download. All examples have been extensively tested and documented. This means that every programmer can start immediately with the INSEVIS module in their familiar S7 programming environment and significantly reduce the effort required to create the application programs.

✅ INSEVIS controllers and peripherals are a budget alternative to Siemens and are programmed in Simatic STEP7 environment, but are not interchangeable copies of similar Siemens equipment. The easy integration of INSEVIS-products into the S7-world meanwhile is famous and exemplary. Complex communication settings will be assigned easily and intuitively, so that these properties expand the common S7-world by far. A large and multilingual visualization in a modern design is done by a few clicks and the work flow is known by every WinCCflex user. It can be simulated on the visualization PC and is accessible remote.

✅ INSEVIS-S7-CPUs are programmable by STEP 7 - AWL, KOP, FUP, S7-SCL, S7-Graph from Siemens and in general command-compatible to Siemens-CPU S7-315-2PNDP. Some special INSEVIS-blocks expand the functionality and allow outstanding solutions. The S7-programming will be done by good known tools SIMATIC-Manager or by TIA-Portal from Siemens always. INSEVIS-products does not base on Windows or Linux, they have an own firmware. Thereby the hard- and software can be exactly designed for a perfect co-ordination with this firmware and a low power consumption. Booting times of less than 4 seconds and completely no software licenses are the result of these facts.

✅ INSEVIS stands for a clear and honest license policy, what gives the customer sustainable cost benefits. Because of the ownership of BIOS, firmware and PC-software for visualization, configuration and remote access INSEVIS can offer its products completely without licenses. Development, PCB-design and -production, test and mounting of all INSEVIS-products - all this is made in Germany. By using TFT- displays a high brilliance of colour fastness and brightness and a wide viewing angle are possible. LED-backlight does assure typical half-live periods of 50.000 operating houres and increases the range of operating temperature from -20°C to +60°C. All Panel-PLCs are multilingual and can be used in vertical and horizontal way.

✅ Customized logos can be implemented on front- or rear side easily. Operating systems with custom logos are available as well. So INSEVIS products can be adapted to customers design easily and without initial costs. Inox-fronts are available too.

Panel PLC

The combination of PLC and HMI in one compact device. Control, visualize, communicate in the small spaces. The most compact and economical way to automate. Equipped with extensive communication channels: Ethernet, Modbus, CAN, RS232 and RS485 and Profibus DP or Profinet IO controller.

Compact PLC

S7 DIN rail controllers can be programmed in STEP7 with the SimaticManager or the TIA-Portal from Siemens. Equipped with sufficient memory, extensive communication channels such as Ethernet (TCP, UDP, S7), Modbus, CANopen as well as RS232 and RS485 and optionally Profibus or Profinet controller.

Panel HMI

The IP65-tight touch panels with full metal front fulfill all of these functions even in the smallest 3.5" system. No restrictions on objects, languages and always remotely accessible free of charge. And of course they are all labeled with your logo so that they are irreplaceable.

Peripherals

All INSEVIS peripheral modules can be used onboard (in the 3, 7 or 11 free peripheral slots of the INSEVIS PLCs) and as an extension also decentrally (in the peripheral slots of the head stations / peripheral blocks). All modules can be labeled according to customer specifications.

IIoT products

Industry 4.0 – compliant IIoT gateways. With its S7 IIoT gateways, INSEVIS also stands for the most modern methods in accordance with RAMI 4.0. The IIoT gateways include user management, encryption including certificate handling and openVPN. Completely new solutions are available with NodeRED.

Software

S7 software tools from INSEVIS solves complex requirements in an simple way. If you want to find your way around your project straight away, even after months of assembly, use INSEVIS. There is also a free remote visualization solution not only for INSEVIS PLCs, but for all Ethernet-capable S7 PLCs.
