S7 configuration using ConfigStage is child's play. This free Windows software for parameterizing the CPU and communication interfaces is intuitive to learn. The graphical assignment (mapping) of external Modbus and CAN devices in the S7 language area, as well as the reading of external CAN devices with their EDS, integrated address overview with collision check, library function and much more is a groundbreaking solution. The positioning of the INSEVIS peripheral modules is done via drag and drop, as is the easy entry of the address and measurement ranges, assignment of the wiring and functions of the modules, etc. NEW: From V1.0.17.0 onwards, the compact devices are integrated with fixed peripherals.

The visualization is the "face" of your system. The INSEVIS VisuStage gives you the opportunity to create modern and complex displays. All with simple elements and an intuitively logical operating philosophy. No endless hierarchy levels, no restrictions on tags/objects or languages. With one language, the VisuStage is even completely free. Users of the Siemens tool WinCCflex are familiar with the ergonomics, and many things have been made much easier. New: variables can now also be imported from TIA-V20.

✅ Remote access with the software RemoteStage
Free S7 remote visualization with INSEVIS is very simple. The multi-instance command line tool RemoteStage is not installed because it should also be able to be integrated into a batch process. Using various call parameters, archive data can be read in from the INSEVIS panels and PLCs. Process data can also be read in from external S7 controllers and displayed remotely on the PC monitor in a visualization. During the remote session, your own archives are created. Remote visualization takes place in another program instance. The multi-instance capability means that several RemoteStage for different controllers can be displayed on one screen - just like in a control room.

✅ Service software ServiceStage
Use the ServiceStage to access, diagnose, secure and update the INSEVIS devices. You never have to give the service staff your know-how in the form of your source data, because binaries from the visualization and WLD data from the S7 program are sufficient. With a single click, your data is protected again without a password and cannot be cracked. This makes the service simple, fast and absolutely secure. Online creation of backups to copy the data as a binary file to an identical device without a PC using a micro SD card. Or (important for remote service) that IP addresses set locally during runtime are not overwritten during the update.
