Heating hoses and analysis lines

Winkler heated hoses can be found, for example, in the adhesive industry, filling and dosing technology, the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, medical technology, mechanical engineering and in research and development. The heated hoses are always used when a liquid, viscous or molten medium needs to be transported from one point to another without temperature loss. In most applications, it is necessary to keep the temperature of the medium constant at a specified value, regardless of fluctuations in the ambient temperature.
Heated lines for the transport of sample gas up to 250 °C. Well suited for fixed installation and mobile use indoors and outdoors with normal mechanical loads. Versions for high temperature variants over 250°C for indoor use only.

The accuracy and reproducibility with which sensors and instruments can work in the analysis systems depends crucially on the sample gas conditioning and thus on the correct heating of the sample gas line in accordance with the standards and regulations. The requirements in this area will continue to increase as a result of more stringent legislation and constantly improving measurement technology. Heating within an analysis system is therefore an important component of any overall system and always a case for the specialists at Winkler.

Safety is our top priority. Our ATEX heated analysis lines are designed to meet the requirements of our customers in various industries. The system approval provides you with the complete documentation and a single certificate that certifies the conformity of the product. This makes it much easier to document and commission the systems. Winkler ATEX products are approved and certified as complete systems with a single EC/EU type examination certificate (system approval). They can be used as intended in potentially explosive gas or dust atmospheres in zones 1/2 and 21/22 in compliance with the enclosed installation and operating instructions. The certification of all installed electrical and non-electrical components in accordance with the current standards (EN 60079) guarantees maximum safety (state of the art). ATEX heated analysis lines self-limiting up to 85°C (WEX0 / WEX1) to protect against frost and condensation.
ATEX heated analysis lines self-limiting up to 190°C (WEX2 / WEX3) for protection against condensation and falsification of measured values.
ATEX heated analysis lines adjustable up to 200°C (WEX8 / WEX9) to protect against falsification of measured values.
