Heated lines for the transport of sample gas up to 250 °C. Well suited for fixed installation and mobile use indoors and outdoors with normal mechanical loads. Versions for high temperature variants over 250°C for indoor use only.
- PTFE hose with metal braiding and tube stubs made of stainless steel. Further basic hose and fitting options and available nominal diameters.
- Heating with fluoropolymer (Tmax below 250°C) or glass fibre insulated (Tmax over 250°C) heating cable.
- Soft and extremely flexible insulation structure with glass fibre braiding (Tmax over 250°C) and silicone foam hose.
- Standard insulation structure approx. 43 mm (up to DN 16) and approx. 63 mm (from DN 20).
- Outer jacket with protective braiding (WAKG) or silicone skin (WAKS) and silicone cap. Built-in sensor for the operation with a controller.

- G0 - Polyamide braiding black. Available up to DN 32.
- G1 - Braiding polyamide red (up to DN 16).
- G2 - Braiding polyamide orange (up to DN 16).

- G4 - Braiding polyamide grey (up to DN 16).
- G8 - Galvanised steel braiding. Very robust. Available up to DN 32.
- G9 - Stainless steel braiding. Maximum durability. Ideal for permanently perfect look. Available up to DN 32.
- S1 - Black silicone jacket. Washable. Outer diameter 33 mm. Ideal for control cabinets and mobile use. Available for DN 4 and DN 6 and lengths up to 30 m.
- S2 - Black silicone jacket. Washable. Outer diameter ca. 43 mm. Combines flexibility and durability. Available up to DN 10 und lengths up to 43 mm. Recommended for use in engine test bench and roller dynamometer test bench. Kink protection cap for DN 4 und DN 6 to stabilise the fitting at the junction to the heated line.
- S3 - Black silicon skin. Washable. Combines flexibility and durability. Available up to DN 16 and lengths up to 20 m. For use on climate chambers, thicker insulation available up to DN 10.
