The ICL-8100 is a eight-channel opto sensor with two manual and four automatic operating modes. This device replaces eight single-channel opto sensors with the advantage of no mutual interaction between each single channel. The automatic operating mode provides a secure functionality that adjusts to external interferences, deterioration and misalignment of the sensors. The device has semiconductor outputs. The device has semiconductor outputs. The Master/Slave operation provides the possibility to synchronize two of the following amplifiers: ICL-2100, ICL-6100 and ICL-8100. That means that a system of two combined amplifiers works with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 or even 16 totally independent channels.
