WODP WODT rapidLine Drum Heaters

Drum heaters from Winkler have proven themselves in everyday use for decades and impress with their reliability and durability. With a temperature range of up to 200°C and for volumes of 25...220 litres, the drum heaters are extremely versatile. They are suitable for heating chemicals and products in various industries such as food, cosmetics, science, cleaning agents and pharmaceuticals. For frost protection, temperature maintenance and heating containers up to 90°C (WODP) or 200°C (WODT).

With dualSenor technology, Winkler uses two sensors to optimise the temperature control of the medium and simultaneously limit the maximum temperature of the heatsealing band. This ensures that the temperature of the medium is reached very precisely.

The rapidLine drum heaters offer a fast heat-up time with low energy consumption during operation. Industrial production guarantees a long service life. This significantly reduces operating and maintenance costs.

With many years of manufacturing experience and special round mould sewing machines, we have gained great influence on the market. As a result, our round-sewn 90°C drum, container and gas cylinder heaters have improved surface contact and better heat transfer. This is clearly noticeable when comparing Winkler heaters with other heaters sewn on a horizontal sewing machine.
